Savoury – Kai Mōkarakara

As you will see, most of my food on this pae tukutuku (website) is of the sweet nature. I love to create sweet food because it represents joy, creativity and celebration. However, I am naturally a lover of kai mōkarakara (savoury food) and some would say (my husband), that I have an addiction to potato chips. All that being said, welcome to this savoury category where the flavours are punchy and vanilla has been replaced with cheese!
