Pastry - Pōhā

Let me guide you through the creation of some of my favourite pastry recipes. Before you skip this section because you are frightened of the technical processes, kia mau tonu mai - stay with me! I am by no means a pastry chef, but I love making and creating pastry recipes because they taste so good! Ā kāti (and so), let’s chill some butter and wash our hands, ready for some pastry making action!
